Nominations for the Modern Claims Awards 2027 must be submitted by Friday 4 December 2026, leaving 34 days from this check. Entry is free. The organiser does not specify a closing time or timezone on its guidance page; confirm the cutoff and set an earlier internal deadline.

Prepare a Focused Nomination

Submit through the official online portal. Your nomination must include the chosen category or categories, company name, contact name and telephone number, plus a written entry of 300–1000 words.

Read your chosen category's criteria before drafting: judges mark against those criteria. Explain your objectives, the creativity or innovation behind your approach, and the results achieved. Use relevant facts and figures to show the connection between your actions and the outcome.

Supporting evidence beyond the 1000 words is permitted, but judges may choose whether to view it. Put the essential argument and strongest evidence in the main entry rather than depending on an appendix to explain why you deserve recognition.

Plan for the Next Stage

The organiser says nominations are treated confidentially. Judges review their allocated entries independently and must declare conflicts of interest. Categories may be withdrawn if too few entries meet the required standard.

Shortlisted companies are due to be contacted in the week commencing 25 January 2027, with priority ticket allocation offered. Make sure the named contact is available, and keep submission planning separate from any later attendance decision.

Before sending, ask a colleague to check the category fit, word count, contact details and the evidence behind each significant claim.
