The PM Awards 2027 list 17 November 2026 as the extension deadline for entries recognising creative work in pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare communications. The main deadline is earlier, on 10 November; Individual and Team Awards have a separate deadline of 1 December. Choose your route before setting your submission plan.

Dates and Entry Fees

The official schedule and fee section give the following deadlines for work entries:

  • Early bird: 3 November 2026, £360 plus VAT.
  • Main deadline: 10 November 2026, £420 plus VAT.
  • Extension deadline: 17 November 2026, £460 plus VAT.

For people categories, the FAQ lists £360 plus VAT by 3 November 2026 and £420 plus VAT by 1 December 2026. Do not use the work-entry extension date as the deadline for an individual or team submission.

The FAQ describes the cutoffs as midnight but does not identify a timezone. Confirm the exact submission timing with the organiser and leave room for approval, upload and payment. The ceremony is scheduled for 19 March 2027 at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London.

Check Membership and Eligible Work

Your organisation must hold PM Society corporate membership to enter. Eligible organisation types include agencies, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, patient organisations, health charities and healthcare technology businesses, in the UK and internationally.

The dedicated eligibility page requires work to have been active, online or in use at some point between 18 October 2025 and 17 October 2026. Work aimed exclusively at overseas markets needs an English-language version with relevant performance indicators. The same creative concept or image can feature in a maximum of 4 entries across categories.

All applicable entries must comply with the ABPI Code of Practice or the relevant national or regional code for overseas material. Confirm category suitability and obtain client approval before submission.

Two Official-Page Differences to Resolve

The FAQ's general entry-process instructions still mention 20 November, while the current edition timetable and the FAQ's dedicated fee section agree on 10 November for the main deadline and 17 November for the extension. Plan around the current timetable and confirm your category's closing date directly with the awards team.

The FAQ also retains an older work-eligibility period, 18 October 2024 to 17 October 2025. The dedicated eligibility page gives 18 October 2025 to 17 October 2026. Use that current period when shortlisting projects, and ask the organiser to confirm eligibility if your campaign spans the boundary.

Turn Creative Work into a Clear Entry

Choose the category that best matches what your work actually achieved. Explain the healthcare communication problem, the audience insight and the creative response, then show what changed. Combine relevant performance measures with specific feedback rather than relying on a striking image alone.

Prepare supporting material that makes the work easy to understand, secure client permissions and have a colleague outside the project read the entry. The organiser asks entrants to ensure supporting files are fully uploaded; check that step before leaving the form. Use Crafting Winning Awards Entries to build a focused story around your evidence.
