The Tile Association Awards 2027 rules set the final entry deadline at 31 December 2026 and explicitly state that it will not be extended. That leaves 63 days from this check. The event page says entries open in November, giving you time now to select a suitable project and prepare the evidence.

Confirm Membership and Project Fit

Entries are restricted to TTA members, and entrants must hold membership in 2027, the year of the awards. Nominations must relate to a member's business. Projects must have been completed during 2026 and undertaken in the UK or Ireland; check the specific category guidance for other types of entry and exceptions.

Choose the category whose criteria your evidence answers most convincingly. Explain the challenge, your solution and the finished result, using project photographs and relevant measures of success rather than broad claims of excellence.

Prepare the Written and Visual Evidence

The rules specify a written submission of no more than 750 words, a 75-word summary and a maximum of 5 photographs. At least 2 photographs must be representative images at a minimum of 300dpi. You must own the photographs and hold full copyright, and supply a high-resolution logo.

Each entry must be submitted separately, and only one entry per project is allowed. Read the official rules before adapting an existing case study: the summary is also used in publicity, so make it clear and accurate.

Plan for the Ceremony

Shortlisted members or their representatives must attend. The ceremony is scheduled for 7 May 2027 at Hilton Birmingham Metropole. Agree who would attend and budget for that commitment before entering. Confirm the closing time and timezone with the organiser, as the rules give a date without those details.
