The ANA Masters of Marketing In-House Awards 2027 have a standard deadline of 11 December 2026 and a final deadline of 29 January 2027. The early-bird period has ended. For in-house teams preparing an entry, the nearer date is a budget decision: standard application fees are $575 for ANA members and $675 for nonmembers.

Deadlines and Application Fees

The official 2027 programme summary lists:

  • Standard deadline: 11 December 2026, $575 for members / $675 for nonmembers.
  • Final deadline: 29 January 2027, $675 for members / $775 for nonmembers.

That leaves 37 days to the standard deadline and 86 days to the final deadline from this check. The summary does not state a closing time or timezone, so confirm the cutoff with the organiser before scheduling submission. These are application fees; additional fees apply to options including an Entry Audit and the named GEM, Agency of the Year and Leader of the Year awards.

Check Your Team and Your Work

The programme is open to people working within internal teams at client-side marketers, retailers, media companies, non-profits and educational institutions. The Small Teams Track is limited to in-house teams of 25 full-time staff or fewer.

Your in-house agency must be at least 50% responsible for creating the marketing asset, campaign or project promoting your company's brand, product or service. Work with less than 50% in-house involvement will be disqualified. The work must have gone live or run in-market between 1 January 2026 and 29 January 2027.

Entries must be submitted in English. Creative work in other languages is welcome, but include English translations for material written or spoken in another language. Check each category description closely: the same campaign may need a different case story to answer a different category's criteria.

Connect Strategy, Creative Execution and Results

The organiser says main-round judges evaluate strategy, creative execution and results. Build your entry around that connection: what problem did the business face, why was your creative response appropriate, and what changed as a result?

Gather the evidence behind your claims and make the internal team's contribution clear, especially where external partners were involved. Use measurable outcomes alongside client or stakeholder testimony. Then ask a fresh reader to check whether the story answers the category's question, rather than simply celebrating the campaign. Plan approvals early enough to make the 11 December rate if your evidence is ready.
