The AVA Digital Awards competition opened on 1 November 2026, with a published entry deadline of 10 December 2026. The international programme recognises digital communication, from campaigns and websites to video, audio and social media. The timetable gives no closing time or timezone; confirm the cutoff and any requested extension with the organiser rather than assuming extra time is guaranteed.
Choose the Work Before the Category
Individuals, companies and organisations producing digital media for internal or external audiences can enter. Select work that demonstrates your creative strengths, then choose the category that fits it. A campaign should not be forced into a single-piece category simply to reduce the fee.
There is an eligibility difference to resolve: the homepage says work must have been produced after 1 January 2025, while the FAQ says within 2 years of the date of entry. If your project falls near either boundary, ask the organiser to confirm eligibility before paying.
Budget for Each Submission
The FAQ lists US$125 for a single entry, US$195 for campaigns, plans and apps, and US$250 for achievement entries. Entering the same work in another category requires another fee. Check the category and price in the entry system before checkout.
Let the Work Make the Case
For most entries, the organiser asks for the finished work rather than a lengthy essay. Campaigns and plans should include the work and a client explanation or recap; otherwise provide a concise overview of objectives, challenges and solutions. Judges assess work on its own merits rather than directly against other entries.
Prepare working links and supporting files, check that a fresh viewer can understand the project, and secure client permissions. The entry form lets you choose whether the work can appear publicly; review that choice carefully for confidential material. Use Crafting Winning Awards Entries to sharpen the story without replacing the work itself with claims.
