The edie Awards 2027 FAQ and entry portal set 13 January 2027 as the entry deadline, 76 days from this check. The edition homepage also shows an extended deadline of 20 January 2027, 83 days away, with an extension request form marked as coming soon. Plan to meet the earlier date unless the organiser confirms an extension for your entry; the published guidance does not yet explain how that request will work.

Choose a Project With Demonstrable Impact

Entrants must have a UK presence, meaning a UK base and/or UK operations. Projects should cover work or achievements from the past 1–2 years, unless the category criteria say otherwise. Unfinished projects can enter with expected results identified clearly.

Choose the category whose criteria match your strongest evidence. Explain the starting problem, what your team changed and the results you can demonstrate. Distinguish measured outcomes from forecasts, and add a customer or colleague perspective that shows why the improvement matters.

Budget for Entry and Attendance

The standard fee is £269 plus VAT per entry, with SME of the Year at £169 plus VAT and the edie member rate at £249 plus VAT. Payment is by credit card. Multiple entries are permitted, but each attracts its own fee.

If shortlisted, a representative must be available to attend the awards on 14 April 2027 at the London Hilton on Park Lane. Attendance costs extra. Agree the budget and availability before submitting.

Submit through the official entry portal. The FAQ says entry content may be used in brochures and website case studies: mark material you do not want published in the form's confidential-information box. Confirm closing time, timezone and any extension arrangements with the organiser.
