The Festival of Media APAC Awards 2027 open for entries on 6 November 2026. The programme celebrates media campaigns, agencies, brands and industry leaders across Asia Pacific. With the opening four days away, now is a useful moment to choose the campaign whose impact you can demonstrate most clearly.

Dates and Published Fees

The organiser's programme page lists:

  • Entries open: 6 November 2026.
  • Early deadline: 4 December 2026, £379.
  • Standard deadline: 1 January 2027, £419.
  • Extended deadline: 29 January 2027, £449.
  • Shortlist announcement: 18 March 2027.
  • Awards ceremony: 6 May 2027.

The page does not specify a closing time or timezone. Confirm the applicable cutoff and any taxes or additional charges with the awards team before budgeting or planning a last-day submission. The early deadline is an opportunity to control entry costs, not a reason to rush an unsupported story.

Two New Categories

The organiser announces 35 categories, including two additions for 2027:

  • Best B2B Campaign recognises media and marketing work for products or services bought by professionals on behalf of businesses. The announcement highlights specialist audiences, complex purchasing decisions, business relationships and measurable commercial results.
  • Best Campaign Led by an Independent Agency recognises independent agencies' ambition, originality and strategic expertise, including campaigns that raise creative standards and demonstrate the impact of independent thinking.

The programme will also introduce its AI-powered Entry Navigator to help entrants identify suitable categories. Use the published category descriptions to make your final choice and read the entry handbook before committing to a submission.

Build the Entry Around the Result

Start with the business problem, explain why your media approach suited that problem, and show what changed. Link each important claim to evidence your team can substantiate. Reach and engagement can support the story, but the most persuasive case connects the activity to a meaningful outcome for the client or audience.

For a B2B campaign, consider how you will explain the purchasing context and the contribution of media to the commercial result. For an independent-agency entry, show what made the thinking distinctive and why it mattered. Bring together measurable results and client testimony, then leave time for approvals and an independent proofread before your chosen deadline.
