Registration and revenue verification for FT1000 — Europe's Fastest-Growing Companies close on 30 November 2026. That leaves 44 days to check eligibility, gather the figures and obtain the signature your submission needs.
The Financial Times and Statista are compiling the 2027 ranking using revenue growth between 2022 and 2025. Publication is planned for March 2027, online and in a special Financial Times print report. Registration is not a guarantee of inclusion.
Check the Figures Before You Start
The official participation page lists four criteria:
- Revenue of at least €100,000 in 2022.
- Revenue of at least €1.5 million in 2025.
- The company must be independent.
- Revenue growth must have been primarily organic.
Read Statista's linked note on independence before deciding that your business qualifies. Meeting a revenue threshold alone is not enough.
The ranking uses compound annual growth rate, or CAGR. Statista defines revenue as net revenue adjusted for returns, excluding VAT, derived solely from business activities and excluding other operating income. Have your finance team check the figures against that definition rather than copying a convenient headline number.
Registration Is Only Part of the Submission
Revenue data must be verified through a confirmation form signed by the managing director or CEO, finance director or CFO, or a member of the executive committee. After online registration, the confirmation email contains the link for uploading that signed form.
Put the signatory in your plan now. A completed online form without the required revenue verification is not the process described by the organiser.
If your financial year does not match the calendar year, use Statista's published guidance. It explains how to select the financial years that fall predominantly within the relevant calendar years, and how to handle an exact half-year split. For a financial year longer than 12 months, the guidance asks for prorated revenue for a 12-month period and the relevant profit and loss statement. Ask Statista about your specific situation if it is unclear.
Free Participation, Optional Logo Licence
There is no fee to register for consideration, and inclusion in the ranking is free. Statista says a promotional award logo can be licensed separately for a defined 12- or 24-month period.
Keep those decisions separate: first establish whether you qualify and want to participate, then consider any optional promotional licence. No logo price is stated on the participation page.
Your Next Six Weeks
Start with eligibility and evidence, not the announcement you would like to make. This is a revenue-growth ranking: a persuasive company story does not replace the financial data.
- Ask finance to check the 2022 and 2025 figures, the revenue definition and the other eligibility criteria.
- Identify the authorised signatory and allow time for review.
- Complete registration and upload the signed confirmation within the registration and verification window, which ends on 30 November.
- Plan any communications around the published results, not an assumed place in the ranking.
For a wider preparation schedule, see Strategic Awards Campaign Planning. Keep the evidence, review and submission tasks separate so that one missing signature does not become a last-day problem.
