Free entries for the GGP Installer Awards 2027 close on Friday 27 November 2026. The programme recognises the UK's window, door and glazing installation sector, including projects, products and people. The official pages do not specify a closing time or timezone: confirm the cutoff before setting your internal deadline.

Check Your Project's Eligibility

Projects must have been completed between 1 November 2024 and 31 October 2026. Projects entered previously are not eligible for re-entry. Choose a qualifying project before investing time in the submission, and check the criteria for its category rather than assuming every installation belongs in the same group.

For 2027, all project-based categories have a new credit requirement: identify the manufacturer or fabricator of the main product accurately from the outset. The organiser says published shortlist credits will identify the project, installer and manufacturer or fabricator.

Third parties such as suppliers, architects and agencies may enter a project, but they will not be acknowledged in its published details or prizegiving. If you submit for a client, obtain their permission and be ready to provide a senior contact at their organisation.

Put the Evidence in the Main Entry

The organiser's FAQ distinguishes the main entry document from optional supporting material. All key information required by the category criteria belongs in the main document; supporting material should illustrate it, not carry the argument on its own.

The entry page recommends at least 250 words for each question, unless otherwise stated. That is a recommendation for sufficient detail, not a reason to add repetition. Explain the customer's brief, the installation challenges, your decisions and the result. Where the category asks about timing, budget or client expectations, support your response with project records and relevant feedback. Use Crafting Winning Awards Entries to build a clear problem–solution–result account.

There is no limit on the number of entries, but the organiser asks you to tailor each one to its category rather than duplicate it across several. You can save and revisit the application before the deadline.

Keep the Ceremony Date in View

Winners will be announced at the awards lunch on 11 March 2027 at The Edwardian Hotel, Manchester. Keep that date in your plan while prioritising a complete, well-supported entry for November.
