Turn Your Digital Work into a Strong Entry

If this year's results have you thinking about your own work, start with the category that fits your strongest evidence. A website, a campaign, a software product and an agency-wide story need different arguments.

Build your case around a clear customer or business problem, the action your team took and the improvement that followed. Record a baseline, a measurement period and a reliable source for each result. Combine performance data with customer feedback, and explain the contribution of agency, client and technology partners.

For AI or software work, make the customer benefit understandable before describing the technology. For campaign work, connect channel activity to the business outcome. Use Crafting Winning Awards Entries to shape that evidence into a focused story.
