Turn Recognition Into Reassurance
If your team won, name the category and explain the service behind the recognition in language families can understand. Thank colleagues and partners, and connect the announcement to a specific example of care rather than treating the award as a substitute for explaining your work.
For future entries, build an evidence file around the change you made and who benefited. Combine a clear before-and-after measure with an approved family, colleague or partner account, respecting the sensitivity of bereavement information.
