The final entry deadline for the 2027 Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards is 26 November 2026. Entries opened on 23 September 2026, and there is an earlier date worth putting in your plan: 29 October 2026.
The official calendar says winners fees are lower for nominations submitted through that first deadline. This is a distinction about winners fees, not a promise that entering early makes you more likely to win.
Understand the Cost Before You Enter
The calendar says temporary winners will be notified on 18 January 2027, and winners fees must be paid for temporary wins to become permanent. The payment deadline is 16 February 2027, before the public winners announcement on 18 February 2027.
Do not treat submission as the whole financial commitment. Check the current winners-fee schedule and terms directly with the organiser, get budget approval and agree who will handle payment if your nomination succeeds. This reminder does not quote a fee amount or a closing time: confirm both before you commit.
Plan Around the Judging Window
Judging runs from 23 November 2026 to 7 January 2027. Notice that it begins before the final entry deadline. Set an internal submission date that leaves time for a proper review, rather than aiming for the last moment.
Run in the right race. Check the current eligibility and category requirements, then choose the category where your evidence is strongest. Explain the problem, your solution and the result, with measurable outcomes and a specific example from someone affected, used with permission.
Your Next Step
Assign an entry owner, gather the evidence and review the fee conditions now. Aim for the first deadline if you can prepare a complete, convincing nomination without rushing it. A lower fee is useful; an unsupported entry is not.
