The Printweek Awards 2027 standard entry deadline is 4 December 2026. That leaves 36 days from this check to prepare your submission. The official FAQ says additional entries can be completed until midnight that day; confirm the timezone with the organiser before relying on a last-day submission.

Use the Early-Bird Window

Your first entry is free if completed by 20 November 2026, using EARLYBIRD27 at checkout. Additional entries, and entries after that date, cost £175 plus VAT each. Decide which category best matches your strongest work before choosing how many entries to fund.

The programme recognises the UK print industry, with the ceremony scheduled for 4 March 2027 at The Brewery, London. Read the specific category criteria through the official entry page before starting your account and gathering evidence.

Plan the Samples Alongside the Story

The FAQ requires physical samples for the Quality categories. Requirements vary: most need four different print samples, while Data-driven Printer of the Year needs one project or campaign sample. Check your category's requirements and arrange delivery with the awards team rather than treating the online form as the whole entry.

Show what made the work difficult, how your team responded and what the client thought of the result. A focused account of the challenge, solution and outcome will give judges more to assess than a list of equipment alone.

Complete the Submission

The platform lets you save work and return before the deadline. An entry left in Saved Items or the Basket is not submitted: complete the checkout and payment steps. Allow time for a colleague to check the figures, category fit and sample labels before you finish.
