The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service 2027 accept final entries until 3 February 2027. You can save on paid categories by entering before the 12 November 2026 early-bird deadline, rather than waiting for the 13 January 2027 primary deadline.

The programme accepts nominations for organisations and individuals worldwide, including for-profit, non-profit and government organisations. Its focus includes sales, customer service, contact centres and business development.

Dates and Entry Budget

  • 12 November 2026: early-bird deadline. Paid individual categories cost US$295 per entry; categories for organisations, teams, departments, achievements, and solutions and implementations cost US$520 per entry.
  • 13 November 2026: paid entry fees rise by US$45 per entry.
  • 13 January 2027: primary deadline; the calendar and FAQ say late fees apply after this date.
  • 3 February 2027: final deadline for late entries, with an additional US$55 per entry. The FAQ says this also applies to categories without an entry fee.
  • 20 April 2027: awards banquet at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. Attendance is optional.

Each category entered attracts its own fee where applicable. The calendar does not give a closing time or timezone; confirm the cutoff before relying on a last-day submission.

Confirm the Late-Fee Wording

The entry-fees page first describes the late-entry period after 13 January 2027 through 3 February 2027, but another sentence says the late fee applies after 3 February 2027. The current competition calendar and FAQ instead place late fees after 13 January 2027 and final closure on 3 February 2027. Budget on that basis and confirm the amount with the organiser before paying; do not assume entries remain open after the final date.

Match Your Evidence to the Category

Choose the category that best fits the work you can demonstrate, then connect the original challenge, your team's action and the measurable result. For service improvements, pair a before-and-after measure with a relevant customer account; for sales performance, make your contribution to the result clear.

Leave time to approve customer names and commercially sensitive figures. A focused evidence story is more useful than a broad list of activities.
