National Coaching Awards

The National Coaching Awards, organised by Paseda360, are focussed on celebrating real impact. Whether you’ve worked with a life-changing coach or you are one, the awards shine a light on the coaches creating true transformation.

Some coaches leave a mark that never fades. They help you believe in yourself again. They guide you through stuckness. They see you, even when you can’t see yourself. In just 200 words, nominate a coach who made a difference to you. Whether it was one conversation or a life-changing journey.

If you are a coach yourself, you can also put yourself forward. These awards aren’t about being the loudest. They’re about recognising coaching that creates real impact. So if you’ve made a difference in someone’s life, in your community, in your organisation, share your story. Enter the category that reflects who you are and the work you do best.

The National Coaching Awards are about more than just the trophies. Paseda360 believe coaching should change lives, not just check boxes. Which is why their awards focus on real stories, authentic impact, and human transformation.

And every nomination, every entry, every ticket sold supports something bigger: the awards fund subsidised training for Blue Light Leavers, people who’ve served on the frontline and are now retraining to become powerful coaches. They have supported Dozens of Blue Light Leavers through our awards fund.

The winner will receive a £3,000 coaching voucher to spend with Paseda360.
