The Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2027 have a final entry deadline of 18 December 2026, 50 days from this check. The organiser separates registration from the written submission: completed entry forms are due by 30 December 2026. Plan for both dates rather than treating the later submission date as extra time to register.

Check Your Fit and Budget

The programme is open to organisations operating in the GCC, across the public, private and non-profit sectors. Choose the categories that best reflect your customer initiatives and confirm your selection with the awards consultant before completing registration on AwardMost.

Early Bird pricing runs until 20 November 2026, with a first entry at AED 2,500. The standard first-entry fee is AED 3,500, with that rate ending on 18 December 2026. Prices exclude applicable VAT and ceremony attendance. Agree your entry budget and representation plans before committing.

Build Evidence for Writing and Presentation

The written evaluation and live presentation each contribute 50% of the total score. Focus your entry on the customer problem, what you changed and the measurable result, supported by customer feedback. Keep the evidence clear enough for your presenters to explain and defend it in the live questions.

Finalists are scheduled to be announced on 14 January 2027. The live virtual presentations and questions take place on 3 February 2027, followed by the ceremony in Dubai on 15 April 2027. Assign a presentation lead while you prepare the written entry.

Use the official entry guidance to register and check current requirements. Confirm the closing time and timezone with the organiser before planning a last-day submission.
